Nivara, the deep-tech company headquartered in Torino and Amsterdam, today announced the appointment of EY as its independent auditor. The engagement supports Nivara’s ongoing commitment to robust governance, high-quality financial reporting, and transparent communications with customers, partners, and investors across Europe.

As Nivara scales adoption of its enterprise-grade AI systems in regulated industries, consistent, auditable reporting becomes a strategic capability. Independent assurance helps enterprise customers evaluate vendor resilience and risk posture, and it also enables a predictable cadence of disclosures aligned with procurement, vendor management, and board oversight cycles.
Scope of the engagement
EY will audit Nivara’s annual financial statements, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). With the necessary approvals and in line with auditor-independence rules, EY may also provide limited checks on selected non-financial disclosures—such as elements of our sustainability or trust-and-safety reporting.
Strengthening controls without slowing innovation
The audit program will align with Nivara’s internal control framework and change-management processes to preserve development velocity while maintaining auditability. Coordination will include secure evidence handling, least-privilege access, and data minimisation principles to protect client and employee information throughout fieldwork.
